What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Return Policy

At Star Shipping, your satisfaction is our priority. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights when purchasing goods and services from our store.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, replacement or repair) if a product:

  • Is faulty, unsafe, or does not work as intended
  • Does not match the description or sample
  • Is not of acceptable quality

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet expectations, please contact us at starshipping95@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal use items (e.g., underwear, towels) due to hygiene reasons

Return Process

To start a return, please email starshipping95@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
